Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Options and Rates
We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs, including:

- Expedited Shipping: 2 Business days
- Express Shipping: 3 Business days
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping destination. You can view the estimated shipping fees during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-6 Hours of receiving payment.
Note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your shipment by visiting the carrier’s website and entering the tracking number.
Note: The carrier website will be provided to you after your order is confirmed.
4. International Shipping
We proudly ship to customers worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
- Have a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at sales@ap-tacticalshop.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack your item securely, including the original packaging, tags, and any documentation.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 2 business days.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
